So, beat 1 egg, add 3 \ 4 cups of sugar (you can, of course, pour a whole one, but it seems to me it will be too sweet... but everything is purely individual!), whisk to a foam. Then pour a cup of yogurt into the dough, add slaked soda, starch and flour. the dough should be brought, as they say, to the state of liquid sour cream)
Pour half of the dough into the mold. sprinkle with apples, not very finely chopped, pour in the remaining dough. We prepare the powder. To do this, coconut chips are mixed with sugar (about 4 tbsp.spoons) and vanilla sugar. Back to our pie. Sprinkle it with a diluted mixture on top, cover it with foil so that the coconut shavings do not burn. And put it in the oven.
In 30 minutes our food is almost ready. We take out our very airy pie and mercilessly pierce it with a toothpick! It's a pity, but what can I do, this is the peculiarity of this culinary recipe) Pour yogurt on it. Straight into shape. Yogurt impregnates the pie, the pie cools down, take it out of the mold, drink tea :) Enjoy your meal!!! :)
