I didn't have time to bake ordinary oatmeal cookies (in the sense that there wasn't that extra hour for the dough to stand in the refrigerator). Therefore, I just spread out the dough in a thin layer (see the recipe below) on a baking sheet, on top of a layer of currants, ground with sugar, and on top of the rest of the dough. In general, I made it, almost like shortbread cookies with jam :) Baked in the oven until ready. Cut into pieces, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
The taste is completely different, actually. Soft-soft cookies, and oatmeal crunches like nuts (to achieve this effect, it must be fried before being added to the dough). If you don't know the composition, you might think that there are nuts in it)

So, we make the dough in the following simplest way. Beat the eggs, add sugar, melted butter, flour. And, of course, slaked soda and starch diluted with sour cream. Fry the oatmeal in a frying pan, pour it into the dough. Bake in the oven warmed up to 180C until ready.
This simple and original culinary recipe will not leave you indifferent!
