Eggplant tongue with cheese in the oven

Amazing combination of eggplant, garlic and cheese! When frying eggplants absorb a lot of oil, so I chose to cook according to this recipe. In the oven, vegetables turn out to be less caloric. For those who watch their figure and health, I highly recommend this dish!

1. Before cooking, it is advisable to soak eggplants in salted water. Next, squeeze, dry and cut lengthwise into plates. Rub the chopped eggplant with chopped garlic.

2. Spread eggplant slices on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. We put sliced tomatoes on top of them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven to bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Our eggplants are ready, we serve them decorated with herbs.
