Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min
First, prepare the dough. In a blender bowl, mix flour, 3 eggs, salt and water. Beat this mixture, then roll the dough and send it to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Turn on the preheating of the oven. We will need a temperature of 220-240 degrees. Take the cooled dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out on the table. We will salt the already cleaned fish and cover it with thin lemon circles. We put the fish on the dough, sprinkle with chopped dill and wrap it in the dough so that the salmon is completely inside the flour briquette. Smear the briquette with egg on top.
Next, we put this briquette on a baking sheet and send it to the oven for 35-45 minutes.
After this time, we take the fish out of the oven and put it on a serving dish. Now, carefully remove the upper part of the flour shell with a knife. We also remove the skin from the fish and divide the fish into portions.
Baked salmon in puff pastry – ready, merry Christmas.
