To begin with, peel and wash the potatoes, cook them. Then we rub it on a coarse grater, add chicken egg, wheat flour, so that we get a mass from which we can form cutlets. If you have yesterday's mashed potatoes left in the refrigerator, then you can also use it. Salt and pepper. You can add chopped onion or a little garlic to the minced potato. We begin to sculpt cutlets, in the middle of which we make depressions and fill with filling – grated cheese. We spread the cutlets on a greased baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake them for about 10 minutes. The indicator of readiness is the presence of a ruddy crust in the cutlets. Potato patties are ready, serve them sprinkled with herbs and sour cream. Bon appetit!
