I offer you an old recipe for a Russian meat snack. I am sure that this meatloaf will become a frequent guest on your festive table.
Cut beef and pork into thin pieces, about 1 cm thick, beat well, season with spices to taste. Finely chop the garlic and carefully rub the chops with it.
We cut the lamb, salt it and pass it through a meat grinder twice.

A piece of bacon is also beaten off, seasoned with spices and wrapped in a sausage. We put this roll on a lamb chop and wrap it too. We do the same with pork and beef.
We put the finished roll on a film or a bag, wrap it, tie it with a thread and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
A day later, boil the roll in slightly salted water for 1 hour, cool it and put it under the press for 2 hours. To do this, for example, you can put another smaller saucepan directly on the roll, a jar of water on it.
I serve this roll on the table with chopped greens, cut into portions.
