Such a pie is also called a lazy or dry pie. The recipe is quite simple and fast. The longest thing here is to peel and grate the apples. If you have assistants, then in general all the preparations will take 5-10 minutes.
1. So, take all the ingredients, namely semolina, flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon, as well as vanilla or vanilla sugar and mix it all well in a bowl.
2. We will wash the apples, peel them from the skin and cut out the middle with the bones. Grate the apples on a grater with large holes.
3. We will need a baking sheet, preferably rectangular. But if not, then you can and round. Cover it with parchment paper, spread with vegetable oil or butter, at your discretion.
