Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

First you need to prepare the sourdough. It is not difficult to do this. Boil the water, after which it needs to cool down to 40 degrees Celsius. Put sugar, salt, 6 tbsp flour and yeast in the water. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps. Cover the sponge with a towel and put it in a warm place for literally 5 minutes - a lot of bubbles will appear on the surface of the liquid during this time. If necessary, leave the dough to stand for another 5 minutes.

Add the remaining flour little by little to the finished dough, mixing thoroughly. Do not forget to pre-sift the flour. Knead the dough. Knead, gradually adding vegetable oil, until the dough becomes elastic and dense (but not rigid). Leave the dough in a warm place for a couple of minutes.

Wash the apples, peel them (if it is thin, you can not peel it). Cut the apples in half, cut out the cores. Cut the apples into cubes.

Now you can make pies. Divide the dough into parts, form a bun from each. Roll out each bun into a layer, put the filling of sliced apples, a piece of butter in the center of the layer, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Interlock the edges of the layer - pies can be made of any shape to your taste.

Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake in the oven until ready (ruddy) at 200 degrees. The baking time is 15-20 minutes.

Bon appetit!

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
