Raspberry plain charlotte on three eggs

It is not necessary that the charlotte should be made of apples! Ease of preparation I love Charlotte. For the ease of cooking and for the fact that you can use any berries and fruits when cooking. Most often I cook it with apples, oranges or bananas. But in the summer, various berries are used.

One of my favorite berries is raspberries. Therefore, I will tell you the recipe for charlotte with raspberries.
In addition to the taste, such a pie is also very useful. After all, the vitamins contained in raspberries do not disappear under the influence of high temperatures during cooking or baking.
Raspberries should be sorted, washed and dried.
Whisk the whites separated from the yolks with a mixer or in a blender until a thick foam.
Mix the yolks with sugar, add to the protein and add flour. The resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed.
Take a baking dish, pour the resulting dough into it, and put raspberries on top. You can also use a regular baking sheet, covering it with baking paper. I like the first way more.
Bake raspberry charlotte for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
You can try the readiness of the pie with a toothpick or a wooden stick.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
