Turkish burek with rolled meat

A very delicious pie with oriental notes from simple products! A fairy tale! Turkish burek (or berek) is an unsweetened pie of all countries formed from the once flourishing Ottoman Empire. It is prepared most often with meat, puff pastry, filo, but there are also options.

    Mix and let cool completely.

    To impregnate the dough, mix eggs with yogurt and add butter. Mix until smooth.

    Add water and mix again.

    We lubricate the filo dough sheet completely with impregnation, spread a path of fried minced meat on the edge.

    Roll the dough into a roll, and then into a snail. Transfer to the center of a large frying pan or baking dish.

    We do this with the whole dough and get a big pie.

    Mix the egg with yogurt for the crust, pour the mixture with a spoon on the pie, and then evenly distribute it with a brush throughout the dough.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the pie to bake for 40 minutes.

Filo can be prepared by yourself, or you can buy ready-made. Also, I think, for the first time, you can replace it with thinly rolled puff pastry or simple pita bread.
