Cinnamon rolls in butter and brown sugar

Cooking method

1. Roll out the dough slightly. Cut 4 circles from the dough with a diameter of 15-20 cm and a thickness of at least 5 mm.
2. Filling. Melt butter, mix with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Lubricate each circle with a sugar-cinnamon mixture, leaving a little for coating.
4. Roll the dough into a tight roll, press lightly on top and carefully cut it lengthwise into two halves with a sharp knife, but not to the end, leave about 2 cm. Twist each half of the dough in opposite directions and connect the tips, forming an even circle. Form the rest of the buns in a similar way.
5. Grease the buns with the remnants of sugar and cinnamon and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
