Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Let's make a cake for pizza. We will do it like this:

1. Cut the fillet into small enough pieces.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Chop the onion finely.
4. Chop the fillets, greens and onions with a blender.

Now let's do the sauce:

1. Boil water in a small saucepan, put tomatoes in it for 2-3 minutes, then remove the skin from the vegetables. Before lowering into boiling water, do not forget to make cross-shaped incisions on tomatoes - not very deep, trying not to damage the pulp.
2. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
3. Heat a frying pan with a spoonful of vegetable oil and fry the garlic for two minutes.
4. Add the coarsely chopped tomatoes to the pan, simmer them for 5 minutes.

We will prepare the filling as follows:

1. Remove the seeds and stalk from the pepper, cut into small pieces.
2. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Cover the mold with parchment, put the chopped fillet with onions and herbs on top, evenly distribute it along the bottom of the mold.
4. Sprinkle the resulting cake with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Lay out the sauce and also spread it evenly over the meat cake.
6. Put the chopped mushrooms and bell pepper on top.
7. Place the mold in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
8. Take out the mold, sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and put it in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.

Pizza without flour is ready. Bon appetit!
