Cooking method

1. Sift the flour into a suitable container.
2. Add sugar and baking powder to the flour, mix.
3. In the flour mixture, grate the butter on a coarse grater. Rub everything into a crumb, divide it into 4 parts.
4. Put the cottage cheese in the blender bowl, break the egg to it, add sugar and vanilla extract.
5. Beat the contents of the bowl until smooth.
6. Wash, peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater. Divide them into 2 parts.
7. Cover the baking dish with parchment.
8. Pour one part of the crumbs on the bottom of the mold, press it slightly so that the layer is dense enough.
9. Put the grated apples (1 part) on top, sprinkle them with half the cinnamon.
10. Put a layer of crumbs on the apples again.
11. Lay out the whipped curd mass, level it with a spoon.
12. Pour a third of the crumbs on the curd layer.
13. Put the second part of the grated apples, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
14. The final layer is a crumb.
15. We put the mold in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 1 hour (until ready and ruddy).
16. Remove the mold from the oven and leave the pie in it for 2-3 hours, then remove and serve.
