Canned fish filling pie with kefir

Delicious and simple pie for dinner - cook and appreciate! The pie is simpler than simple, but it tastes wonderful. I cook sometimes for dinner - my family really likes it. Both adults and children. Onions in the recipe can be replaced with any other greens.

In a bowl, break the eggs, add salt, soda and sugar to them. Pour kefir, then mix everything thoroughly.

Sift the flour, pour it into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, mix. Pour in the vegetable oil. Now the dough needs to be stirred well until smooth.

Transfer the pieces of mackerel (without liquid) to a suitable container, mash with a fork. Cut the eggs into small cubes, mix with the fish.

Chop green onions (or any other greens), mix with the filling.

Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle a little flour. Pour out half of the dough, put the filling, pepper.

Pour the remaining dough on top of the pie. Place the mold in a preheated 180 degree Celsius oven for 1 hour. He should become ruddy.

The pie is very tasty both hot and cold.
