4.Melt the butter, cool a little. And at this time, add soda and vinegar to the main consistency. Then pour the butter, stir well with a whisk.
5.Add wheat flour to the dough in not too large portions. While the dough is not too thick, it can be mixed with a whisk. When the mass begins to stick, it is better to use a spoon. The dough turns out thicker than for pancakes.
6.Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, it needs to be lubricated with a thin layer of sunflower oil. Spread the dough with a spoon in the form of small lumps. They should not spread out, if this happens, then more flour should be added.
7.Put the cookies in a hot oven. It is baked for about 20 minutes. Using a spatula, move it to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve it to the table. This soft cookie goes well with a cup of melted milk or lime tea. Enjoy your meal!
