I really love this extraordinary taste and the very combination of salmon with potatoes, and therefore I cook this dish from time to time. Peel the potatoes, cut them coarsely. We take a pot and, adding oil, put the prepared potatoes. Next, add spices.

Having cleaned the salmon bellies from the scales, we roll them with spices and add a drop of oil. After mixing everything, spread it on top of the potatoes. Cut the ginger into strips, put it on the fish and sprinkle everything with breadcrumbs and salt.

It is advisable to put the clay pot in an oven that is not yet preheated. The temperature required for cooking is 180 degrees. After an hour, the dish is ready - sprinkle it with dill and serve it to the table.
