Grind walnuts into fine crumbs. Sift the flour and mix it with soda slaked vinegar, starch diluted with sour cream and cinnamon. So far, we take half the soda and half the vinegar, we will need the same amount for the honey mixture.
Next, we prepare cups for a water bath. In a water bath, heat sugar, water and vegetable oil. Gradually add the honey and mix until the sugar and honey are completely dissolved.
We take the soda again, quench it this time with lemon juice and pour it into the honey mixture - the honey mixture foams funny and increases in volume. Then add the chopped nuts and mix well.
Carefully combine the flour with the honey mixture and knead the dough to the consistency of liquid sour cream.
We prepare a baking dish (either we cover it with paper, or we lubricate the non-stick coating with oil). And pour the dough into it.
Apples without a core are cut into thin slices and beautifully spread on the dough in the form.
We put the gingerbread in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (oven features). Readiness to check with a long skewer.
Use in a cooled form with hot tea or homemade compote :)
