A simple recipe for a very tasty apple pie! I really like this apple pie recipe for its simplicity. Apple pie can be made in the oven, but I prefer to cook it in the microwave.

With a mixer or whisk, beat the sugar and butter. Continuing to beat, add flour and baking powder. Knead a homogeneous dough and set aside for now.
Peel the apples, remove the core and slice. Sprinkle the apples with the juice of half a lemon so that they do not darken.
Spread the apple pie baking dish with butter and sprinkle the bottom with oat flakes. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Put most of it evenly into a baking dish. Place sliced apples with ground walnuts on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Apple pie will be delicious without walnuts and cinnamon, but with them the taste of the pie will be more piquant. I almost forgot if your apples are sweet varieties, then you can add a little finely chopped lemon together with the peel.
Roll the sausage out of the second part of the dough, cut it into pieces and put it on top of the pie.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Place the grill on the middle level, put the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
If you cook a pie with apples in the microwave, then set it to 30% power and a temperature of 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes as well.
Before serving, sprinkle the apple pie with powdered sugar well. Well, the apple pie is ready and you can serve it on the table, bon appetit!
