Cooking method

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Place the baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix chopped dates and orange liqueur. Set aside to infuse for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Beat butter with sugar with a mixer. Separately mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cloves and salt. Continuing to mix with a mixer at medium speed, add the flour to the butter, then beat in the egg and pour in the orange juice. Put aside the mixer, pour the dates in the liqueur into the mixture and pour the chopped nuts. Mix well with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake for about an hour. Readiness to check with a toothpick. Cool the mold for 10 minutes, then remove the sweet bread from the mold and allow to cool completely.

Meanwhile, cook orange cheese. To do this, you will need:
• 350 g cream cheese at room temperature
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
With a mixer, beat all the ingredients at medium speed
Cut sweet bread and serve with orange cheese.
