Cake made of dry jelly in a slow cooker

Bake an amazingly delicious pie - in a slow cooker quickly and simply! My friends often drop by for tea after work, and sometimes it happens very unexpectedly and you don't know what to treat them to. And then my mother came to my aid with a simple and original recipe for a delicious cake on jelly! By the way, my constant assistant, a slow cooker, also came along. No one could believe that the recipe was so simple. If there is time, then the cake can be smeared with cream and a cake will turn out.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

The flavor of the pie will be the same as that of the jelly, so choose your favorite and start cooking. In advance, you can crush the jelly and peel and slice the apples.

In a large bowl, first mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and jelly. In a separate container, beat the eggs with a whisk until a small foam forms. Pour the eggs into the dry mixture and mix until smooth. So our dough turned out.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter and put the sliced apples on the bottom (leave a few thin slices for decoration and put them on top). Pour the dough into the bowl, bake for 50 minutes in the "Baking" mode. After the end of baking, we leave the cake in the form for another 10 minutes.

We spread the pie on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!
