Pear jam in a slow cooker

It's easy and short to cook jam in a slow cooker. Try it and you will be convinced! A couple of years ago, it became a real discovery for me that in a slow cooker you can not only cook a lot of dishes, but also cook jam. I was surprised, but I tried - and the result pleased me very much. So now I often practice this way of making jam. I suggest you try to cook jam in a slow cooker of pears with the addition of lemon juice, which will give the delicacy a sour note.
