Blueberry pie in a slow cooker

Fragrant and tender berry pie for tea in a slow cooker! Simple and delicious! I like it when a little effort is spent on cooking a dish, but the result is excellent. That's why this recipe is one of my favorites. By the way, you can bake it not only with blueberries, but also with any other berries.

Delicious and simple blueberry pie can be cooked in a slow cooker and it turns out to be no less delicious than baked in the oven. To begin with, we prepare the dough:

1. Butter should be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Knead it in a bowl.

2. Add sour cream and sugar to the butter, mix.

3. Sift the flour and add half of it to the bowl as well.

4. Pour in the baking powder, stir and gradually introduce the remaining flour.

5. Knead thick dough, it's better to do it with your hands.

6. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preparing the filling and filling:

1. Pour natural unsweetened yogurt into the sour cream, mix.

2. Add a tablespoon of sugar.

3. Pour in the beaten egg.

4. In a separate bowl, pour the berries. If they were frozen, drain the juice.

5. We pour starch and sugar residues to the berries, mix everything thoroughly.

Half an hour has passed and you can get the dough out of the refrigerator. We put it in a slow cooker, knead it along the bottom, form sides. We spread the berries, pour sour cream and yogurt filling. Bake depending on the model of the slow cooker for about an hour.

The pie should cool completely, after which we remove it from the slow cooker and sprinkle with powdered sugar. A delicious and beautiful pie is ready. Bon appetit!
