Chicken liver souffle in a slow cooker

Chicken liver is a very tender product. It is a pity that it is often not appreciated ... The appearance in our kitchens of slow cookers has greatly simplified the life of housewives. I managed to put it in the office (fortunately, I am my own hostess and there is a kitchen that can be ventilated), which helped me a lot in preparing warm dinners. And often it is possible to cook dinner right away. So I even managed to play with the liver souffle.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min
Chicken liver is most often sold already prepared. Pass it through a meat grinder along with onions. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, cream, salt, spices to the resulting minced meat and mix everything until smooth. Now grease the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, put the resulting mass into it. Bake in the "BAKING" or "OVEN" mode (it all depends on your slow cooker) for 45 minutes. After the end of the main program, leave the souffle in the slow cooker for another 15-20 minutes. I had a quail egg and I decided to embellish the finished dish a little. But I deliberately did not write to the composition of it.))
