Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Preparing the filling. I fried mushrooms for filling in MV without vegetable oil, but you can also use it. Boiled potatoes, mashed them (without water and milk), mixed with mushrooms and a little salt and pepper.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Now we are preparing the dough. My cottage cheese was not liquid, so I added kefir to it, whipped it with a blender until smooth. Beat the eggs with salt. Combine eggs with cottage cheese, add mayonnaise. Beat until smooth. Add flour sifted with starch and baking powder to the curd mass. Knead the dough, it should turn out a little thicker than pancakes. If the dough is too thick, dilute it with kefir (milk) to the desired consistency.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Grease a slow cooker pan with vegetable oil and pour half a portion of dough.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Spread the filling evenly on the dough.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And fill the filling with the remaining dough. Bake in the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes (my standard time), who has 60 minutes, bake for 60 minutes and turn it over and for another 15-20 minutes. Who has 45 minutes, like me, we turn it over and for another 45 minutes.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Remove the cabbage and mushroom pie with a steaming tray and serve. The pie is delicious and hot and cold. Bon appetit!
