Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min

Let's start cooking:

- grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add sour cream and sugar to it, whisk with a blender;

- put gelatin in a mug, pour cold water, leave for 5-10 minutes to swell;

- peel the fruit, cut: banana - circles (banana should be immediately sprinkled with lemon juice so that it does not darken), orange - cubes, kiwi - part thin plates, and part cubes;

- melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, pour into the curd mass, whisk with a blender;

- put the orange and kiwi cubes into the resulting fluffy white mass, mix gently;

- pour the contents into a silicone mold, spread banana circles on the surface;

- we send the dessert to the refrigerator for 2 hours to solidify, after which we turn the mold onto a flat dish, so the banana layer will serve as the basis of the dessert;

- we grate the cooled chocolate, decorate the dessert with it, and decorate the circumference with the remaining kiwi.

Enjoy with pleasure!
