    How to marinate cheese? Prepare the ingredients. You can pickle almost any cheese in this way: mozzarella (pickled and ordinary), cheese, etc. I used regular hard cheese.

    Cut the cheese into small cubes.

    Wash the chili pepper, dry it and cut into slices. To make the cheese not too sharp, the seeds can be removed if desired. I used two types of chili peppers - green and red. Peel the garlic and cut into petals.

    Put cheese, herbs, chili pepper, garlic in a prepared clean and dry jar, alternating.

    Pour the cheese with olive oil. It may need a little more or a little less, depending on the volume of the selected container.

    Close the jar with a lid and put it in a cool place for 2-3 days. During this time, the cheese will be soaked with oil and spices, it will become fragrant and spicy, you can taste it. Store the pickled cheese in the refrigerator for no longer than 2-3 weeks.

The remaining olive oil is perfect for dressing various salads.
