Prepare and sterilize 2 750 ml jars.
Split the spices in half and put them on the bottom of each jar. Add the dill inflorescence.
Zucchini cut into rings, put in jars. Put a couple more dill inflorescences on top.

Mix salt with water, boil brine. Pour the brine over the zucchini, let stand for 2-3 minutes. Drain the brine back into the pan and boil. And pour them over the zucchini again for 5-7 minutes.
Then drain for re-boiling. Add a spoonful of vinegar to each jar and pour boiled brine, roll up the zucchini.

Leave the jars upside down covered with a towel until cool. Then put it in a storage place.
