Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make an apple pie in a frying pan? Prepare the products. Apples are most suitable for sour varieties, such as Antonovka or Granny Smith, these varieties are especially fragrant in baking. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil. Do not be afraid of the vinegar in the composition, due to it, a reaction will begin in the dough, which will raise the dough as a result. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can put vanilla, it will take quite a bit - a pinch, it is very saturated.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Take a frying pan, it's better if it has a thick bottom - then the pie will bake more evenly. I have a non-stick frying pan. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with soft butter. Take a tablespoon of sugar from the total amount and sprinkle it on the greased parts. Shake the pan, spreading the sugar over the butter. It will stick and turn into a crispy crust when baking.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Wash the apples well. Cut them across into rings about 7 mm wide. Using the bottle cap, cut out the middle of the rings with seeds.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put the rings in the pan. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, 8 rings fit.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Take a bowl, break an egg into it. Add salt, vanilla and plain sugar to it. Beat the egg with sugar using a whisk. It is not necessary to beat for a long time - just mix the products until smooth.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour milk and vegetable oil into a bowl. Stir with a whisk, achieving a homogeneous state.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Pour the flour into the dough in parts, sifting it through a sieve. The dough should turn out like sour cream of medium density (if necessary, add a little flour or, conversely, do not report some part). After each serving of flour, mix the mass. .At the end, sift the baking powder. And then pour in the vinegar. Quickly mix the dough. A reaction will begin between the baking powder and vinegar, as a result of which carbon dioxide will be released, which will raise the dough during baking.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour the dough over the apples in a frying pan. Level the top with a spatula.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

And immediately put the pan on the fire. Make the heating the smallest - then the dough will be baked, and the apples will not burn. Cover the pan with a lid.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Bake the pie for about 10 minutes (the time is approximate, it may be less or more and depends on your stove and frying pan), it will become completely dry on top and browned on the bottom. Turn it over to the other side with a plate. First cover the pan with a plate, turn the pan upside down. The pie will be on the plate. With a spatula, gently shake the pie back into the pan.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Re-cover the pan with a lid and bake the pie for about 10 more minutes.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Also use a plate to take out the finished cake. it is very soft when hot and can break, which is why a plate is needed. Cool the pie and serve it to the table. Or you can serve it immediately hot, with a ball of ice cream.

Wonderful recipe - fast, simple, delicious. He seemed to me like a big pancake. I do not advise increasing the amount of dough - it may not bake. Also note that kitchen appliances, including stoves, work differently and the heating power on a "small fire" will also differ. Adjust to your technique, if necessary, increase or decrease the heating time and force.

Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can spoil even the best recipe. All the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes read here .

It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Vinegar in recipes, unless otherwise specified by the author, is added by default at a concentration of 9%.
