    Cut the washed mushrooms. I like to cut into 1x1 cm cubes. Add chopped mushrooms to the minced meat with vegetables, add salt and spices, fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Then cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste preferences (whether you like fried or not).

    In the vegetable and meat mixture, we make depressions to the bottom of the frying pan and put the funchosa in them. This will allow the noodles to absorb the liquid better and faster, which will fill it with the taste of meat, vegetables and mushrooms.

Mix the noodles thoroughly (to increase the cooking speed and facilitate the mixing process, you can cut the noodles when they soften a little, or divide them with a spatula during the mixing process, but traditionally these noodles are not cut). Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 7 minutes, until the liquid is absorbed. Then remove from the burner and leave for 5 minutes under the lid.

    Funchosa can be served with fresh vegetables. For refueling, you can add ready-made liquid and dry mixes for funchosa, Korean and Thai cuisine, they are sold in many stores. Soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and anything else you like will also be perfect. Bon appetit!
