At first the dough will be sticky, do not be afraid, after you knead it for 7-10 minutes, it will become smooth and soft. But the flour is different for everyone, so if the dough is too liquid, then add a little flour, but don't overdo it!

Roll each piece into a ball.

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

Cover the dough balls with a towel and let them rest for 10 minutes.

    Step 27.

    Bon appetit!

Very tasty buns that are cooked in a frying pan. An excellent substitute for bread, suitable for making hamburgers, sandwiches, very tasty with jam and butter or just with milk or kefir :) Such buns remain soft even the next day (unless of course they will remain with you until the next day) :)))

You can double the amount of ingredients and cook 8 buns in two pans. They can be stored in an airtight container or simply wrapped in plastic wrap when they cool down. :))
