This dish came to us from Asia, namely from Japan. Udon noodles themselves are traditional Japanese noodles, which include wheat flour, water and salt. Such noodles are cooked very quickly, within 5-7 minutes after the water boils. And the dish itself is prepared very quickly, as the chicken and vegetables are fried in a wok pan over high heat. And then it's a matter of taste, you can add different sauces: soy sauce, teriyaki, oyster sauce, tori yaki sauce, someone adds honey, sesame oil, in general, you can list endlessly.
