The only point is to be patient, as the glaze should stand in the cold during the night. The operating temperature of the glaze is 32 degrees. If the glaze is heated more, it will be too liquid - you just need to let it cool down a little (and it cools down quickly). If the glaze is too cold, it will be too thick. In this case, it just needs to be heated to the required temperature.

1. Fill the gelatin with water and leave it for 10 minutes (we focus on the instructions on the package).

2. Break the chocolate into a bowl.

To get a beautiful "cosmic" glaze, it must be divided into six cups (two large and four small). After that, add a dye to each cup: in the first large one - dark blue, in the second large one - dark blue and light blue (3:1), in the third - blue, in the fourth - purple, in the fifth - pink, in the sixth - white. The amount of dye depends on what color saturation you want to see on the finished cake. Then pour dark blue icing on the cake, light blue on it, make swirls, then add the rest in any order. It's good to use a cooking brush.
