How to make Mimosa salad with chicken? Prepare the ingredients:

1. Peel and chop the onion finely, pour water mixed with vinegar. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

2. Cut the breast, boiled and cooled in advance, into small pieces.

3. Peel the eggs, divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a medium grater, set aside the yolks for now.

4. Peel the carrots, rub them as well as the proteins.

5. Wash the apple, peel, cut out the core, then grate the same way - on a medium grater.

6. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

7. Drain the liquid from the onion, squeeze it slightly.

8. Put the chicken on the bottom of the salad bowl, put the onion on it. Brush the top with mayonnaise.

9. The next layer is proteins. Brush with mayonnaise again.

10. We spread cheese on the proteins, apples and a layer of mayonnaise on the cheese.

11. Put the carrots, smear with mayonnaise, then put the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

12. Lay out the last layer of egg yolks grated on a medium grater, decorate with sprigs of fresh dill.
