However, it is worth remembering that if the tomato is too juicy, after slicing it, you need to squeeze it out or put it on a sieve and let the excess liquid drain, otherwise the baguette shell will get wet and all efforts will go down the drain.

Cooking method

1. Cut off both ends of the baguette, carefully using a knife to select the pulp, leaving only the shell.

2. Prepare the filling for the baguette:

- cream cheese is whipped with a mixer to a fluffy creamy consistency;

- put the cottage cheese in a bowl, knead with a fork;

- cut ham into small cubes;

- tomatoes are washed, dried, we remove the stalks, Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds and partitions, also my;

- cut tomatoes and peppers into small cubes proportionally to each other;

- wash the parsley, dry it, chop it with a knife;

- olives cut into rings.

3. Combine cream cheese with cottage cheese, add ham, tomatoes, bell pepper, parsley, olives, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press, added to the rest of the ingredients, stir again.

4. Fill the baguette with the prepared filling, pack it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours.

After the specified time, we take out the baguette, cut into pieces and serve it on the table.
