Peel the onion and cut it into 4 pieces. Grind the pitted herring fillet in a blender with onions. Large mushrooms should be cut in half or into 3 parts, small ones can not be cut. Finely chop the second onion. Fry onions and mushrooms in oil. Boil and peel the carrots. Grind all these ingredients separately with a blender. Grate the cheese. The components are ready, you can start "assembling" the cake itself.

Put 1 waffle cake on a dish and herring with onions on it. Smooth it out so that it is evenly. Lubricate with mayonnaise and cover with 2 cakes.
