Healthy sweets? Anything is possible! Prepare the pastille! This ancient sweet has long won the love of our whole family. I want to share with you a recipe for making apple pastille in the dryer. It turns out this useful delicacy is very tasty, and it is prepared simply and quickly.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h 25 min

1. Apples are washed, cut into quarters and cut out the core.

2. Bananas are cleaned and cut into pieces.

3. Using an immersion blender, we make a homogeneous puree of apples and bananas.

4. The drying trays are very carefully smeared with vegetable oil.

5. We spread a part of the resulting puree on each of the pallets and evenly distribute the mass using a silicone spatula.

6. The cooking time of the pastille in the dryer is about 12 hours. The finished pastille sheets have a dense structure and are easily separated from the silicone mold.

7. The finished sheets of pastille are twisted into tubes and stored in an airtight container, in a container under a vacuum lid or simply wrapped in food wrap.
