Vitamin bomb in the form of a favorite treat! Prepare useful kozinaks! I am sharing with you a recipe found on the Internet and managed to become one of my most favorite. A very tasty and healthy delicacy. The perfect combination of flavors! It's good with tea, and just like that. Even children like it, although there is no sugar in this treat.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h

1. Soak the dates for 3-6 hours in cold water, rinse the raisins.

2. Then remove the seeds from the dates. Chop the dates to the consistency of puree in a blender with a little water.

3. Combine sesame seeds, flax seeds, raisins and date puree, mix well.

4. Spread the resulting mass evenly on the substrate of an electric dryer or a silicone oven mat.

5. Dry the sesame seeds until they become crispy:

- in an electric dryer at 45 C;
- or in the oven at minimum temperature with the door ajar.
