Czech Potato salad

It's impossible to resist! Don't you believe it? Check it out. In the Czech Republic, they do not eat meat on Christmas Eve, so the Christmas dish is fried carp with potato salad. This combination will not leave anyone indifferent! This is a traditional Czech dish served with fried carp.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Boil in boiling salted water. Then rinse the potatoes with cold water and put them in a salad bowl.
Separately mix lime juice, lime zest, finely chopped green onion, ginger, olive oil and ground white pepper.
Pour this dressing into the potatoes, mix and put it in the refrigerator so that the potato salad cools down.
You can serve the salad with sour cream mixed with mint.
