I offer you a recipe for making sandwiches with sausage and cheese in the microwave. As a base, use white, gray or black bread of your choice. Butter, mayonnaise, sauce are suitable as a spread. An interesting taste will turn out when using butter with herbs and garlic. Sausage can be any – boiled, smoked or ham, it is advisable not to use too salty variety. I recommend using two types of cheese – soft or processed cheese and hard with a classic taste. Tomatoes in the recipe can be replaced with ketchup.
Sandwich components can crumble during the transfer process from the plate to the plate, so the dish should be assembled on a plate for baking in a microwave oven.
Cut the bread into portions, put it on a plate. Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through a press. Grease the bread with mayonnaise.
Put French grain mustard on top, spread it over the sandwich. Cut soft cheese (cheese) into triangles, put it on mustard. Cut the sausage into slices 3 - 4 mm thick. Place it on top of the cheese. Cut the hard cheese into slices using a suitable glass or glass. Lay the slices of hard cheese on the sausage. Place cherry tomatoes in the gaps of the components.
Send the baking plate with sandwiches to the microwave oven. Bake for one and a half to two minutes at full power until the cheese melts.
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them on a towel. Place lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Place the sandwiches on top of the salad leaves, decorate with leek rings on top. You can supplement the serving with hot tomato sauce or mayonnaise, fresh or baked vegetables.
The sandwiches have an appetizing appearance, a cheesy meat taste with a mustard aftertaste. This dish goes well with hot sweet tea. Serve the sandwiches in a warm form until the cheese has frozen.
