Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Wash the celery stalk well, cut off the tips on each side and peel. Cut the peeled stem into small pieces.

2. Wash, dry and peel cucumbers. If the cucumbers are small and the seeds in them are small, then cut right like this. If cucumbers have large seeds, then it is better to remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small pieces.

3. Wash the dill, dry it with a paper towel and chop it finely.

4. Put cucumbers with celery, mint and dill in a blender bowl. Beat the mass well until smooth.

5. Add kefir and salt to the blender and beat thoroughly again. As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass without large pieces.

6. Pour the finished cocktail into glasses and decorate with mint leaves.

There are many different diets, but personally I like kefir. I have loved kefir since infancy, besides, there are a lot of useful trace elements in it with a low fat content and calorie content. It is quite easy to lose weight on a kefir diet, because kefir is not water and the feeling of satiety remains for a longer period. You can make a variety of dishes on kefir and mix interesting cocktails.

How and when it is better to use such a cocktail, everyone decides for himself, but I would advise instead of dinner or as an afternoon snack.

Note: instead of dill, you can use parsley, as well as celery leaves. For a more piquant taste, you can add 1-2 cloves of garlic or fresh wild cherry. In general, any greens to taste.
