Bagels with poppy seeds in the oven

The home version of the lamb is no worse than the store! Delicious, fast and simple. Delicious drying, as in childhood. My children liked it. I advise you to try it!

1. In a bowl, break an egg, add condensed milk, salt and butter, beat everything lightly with a mixer until combined. Mix flour with baking soda, knead the dough.
Add so much flour that it turns out not cool, but not too soft dough, but the dough will still be a little sticky.
2. Tear off pieces of walnut from the finished dough, roll them out with a flagellum, no more than 1 cm thick. The thinner the flagella, the more crispy the drying will be.
3. It is good to connect the edges of the flagellum to get a steering wheel.
4. Beat the yolk with milk with a whisk and dipping the top side of the bagel into this mixture, spread them all on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle the top of the rams with poppy seeds.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 C and bake the rams for 15-20 minutes until golden brown (baking time depends on the thickness of the rams).
Done, bon appetit!!!
