1. Pour ice water and sunflower oil into a bowl. The water should be not just cold, but icy. To do this, it must first be kept in the freezer for a while. The oil is suitable only refined, odorless.

2. Beat the water with oil until a whitish emulsion is obtained. You can beat it with a mixer or use a stationary blender.

3. In the resulting emulsion, sift the flour and add a pinch of salt. Add flour not all at once, but in parts. Flour may need a little less or a little more. Knead a soft and elastic dough. The dough does not stick to your hands.

4. Roll the dough into a bun and send it to a bowl. Cover with a towel or lid, leave for 15-20 minutes. Although there is no yeast in the dough, it also needs a little "rest".
