The classic Korean kimchi dish is pretty healthy. It helps the digestion of food, increases appetite, restores the work of the gastrointestinal tract. Kimchi is very effective for hangovers, and also has anti-cold properties. Do not forget the fact that the dish is rich in fiber, which undoubtedly benefits the body. Due to its qualities, this dish has become popular in many countries of the world. Accordingly, each version has its own small deviations from the classics. This recipe will help you understand the process of cooking a spicy kimchi salad with a pear.

1. My Peking cabbage, cut into two parts. Using a knife, we cut out the core (the rough part of the vegetable). Cut the leaves coarsely.

2. We put the cabbage in a salad bowl, salt it. Shake the salad bowl vigorously to distribute the salt.

3. Peel the garlic from the husk, pass it through the press.

4. In a small bowl, spread the garlic gruel, pour sugar and chili powder, pour Worcestershire sauce.

5. Mix all the ingredients well to form a paste.

6. My pear, cut into thin strips. Cut the green onion in half lengthwise (use only the white part of it).

7. Sesame seeds are fried in a dry frying pan (without adding oil) for 2 minutes. Stir in the process.

8. Put the pear in a salad bowl with cabbage, fill the salad with sesame oil and previously prepared spicy pasta.

9. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, mix gently. It is recommended to mix the ingredients with your hands, so the paste will be distributed as evenly as possible among the ingredients.

We serve the salad on the table immediately after cooking.
