It would seem a great way to get rid of old uneaten jam without throwing it in vain in the trash. However, not every jam is suitable for making this drink - it is necessary to take jam without mold or acetic souring.

Transfer the jam to a suitable closing container for infusing.

Pour the jam with vodka, mix well until smooth.

Put a tightly closed container in the sun for 7 days. Every day it is necessary to shake the infusion.

After 7 days in the sun, transfer the container to a dark place for 3 days. Do not disturb all this time.

After that, the infusion must be filtered through gauze, and then through cotton wool.

Store in sealed bottles, in a dark place.

Enjoy!
