Apple tincture on alcohol is one of the easiest to prepare homemade alcoholic beverages, which does not require special skills or the use of any specialized equipment. A week after the start of the infusion, it can be served on the table or used for therapeutic purposes.

Any apples are suitable for making tinctures, but sweet autumn varieties reveal the taste and aroma best of all. There is not enough taste in summer apples and the tincture may not be perfect.

Apples are washed and dried. If there is confidence in the quality of the fruit, we do not peel the peel. If fruits bought at the market are used, it is better to clean them, perhaps they have been treated with something.

Cut each apple into quarters, remove the seeds and core. The remaining pieces of apples are cut as small as possible. These can be thin slices or slices cut with a vegetable peeler.

To prepare the tincture, we use a glass or enameled container. We put apples in it, pour alcohol and close the lid tightly. To get a decent result, the tincture should not be exposed to sunlight, so we immediately remove it to a dark place. We leave it there for 6-7 days. During this time, we do nothing and do not disturb the tincture.

On the seventh day we prepare sugar syrup. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and boil over low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to cool completely.

We take out the alcohol tincture from the pantry and filter it. We can use a fine strainer or several layers of gauze for this. If there are coffee filters in the house, you can use them.

Combine the filtered tincture with sugar syrup, shake the bottle several times to evenly combine the liquids and send it to the refrigerator for 1-2 days.

The tincture is completely ready, we can serve it to the table or store it in closed bottles in a dark place.
