Strawberry juice made from frozen strawberries

Fast, delicious and healthy drink from frozen berries. Frozen berry juice differs from compote in that it is not subjected to boiling and retains a greater amount of useful vitamins and trace elements. Delicious and fragrant is obtained from strawberries or strawberries, red currants will give a slight sourness. Black currants, blueberries will give the fruit a rich dark color.

To make a frozen berry juice, put clean berries (strawberries, strawberries, red currants, for example) in a saucepan.
Bring the water to a boil, pour in the berries, cover with a lid, wrap with a towel and let it brew for at least an hour. Then strain the drink with a strainer to separate the berries (an optional step, you can leave it with berries).
Add sugar (or honey).
Stir.
Serve ready-made frozen berry juice to the table.
