To prepare the recipe, you need to take a 3-liter sterile jar and fill it with berries (you can use berries of 2 varieties at the same time)
Pour the berries with vodka and close the lid.
Put a jar of berries on the windowsill. Preferably on the sunny side. The liqueur may leak, so you can substitute a large plate or oilcloth under the jar.
We leave the jar for about 2-3 months. The color and taste depends on how long the jar is worth – the longer, the better! You can stick a sticker on the container so as not to forget when the filling date was.
After the expiration date, the infusion should be filtered through 1-2 layers of gauze. Squeeze the berries. Then you need to mix water with sugar and cook syrup, which pour a thin trickle into the liqueur. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour the drink into clean containers and leave in a dark and cool place (pantry or cellar). Currant liqueur can be stored in a regular locker, for example, in the coolest room.
After the expiration of the bottle, we open and enjoy the taste of the drink!
