    Add honey. Of course, it is better to use fresh liquid honey and necessarily natural. But even last year's candied product is suitable for making such a drink. Honey can be used any: buckwheat, lime or various herbs. Candied honey does not need to be heated for the purpose of melting (otherwise honey will lose all its medicinal properties), it can easily be dissolved in an alcohol base. Add honey to the rest of the ingredients.
