Caesar sauce with shrimp

Caesar salad has managed to fall in love with many, but not everyone knows how much it can be diversified with the help of different dressings and sauces. I propose to prepare a delicious dressing for "Caesar" with shrimp, which perfectly harmonizes with these seafood. Everything is as always - it's easy to cook! The only caveat is that you need to fill the salad with this sauce immediately before serving! This is important because the dish may lose its appearance.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

Pour water into a small container, send it to the burner. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and lower the egg into it. We mark exactly one minute and after it we take the egg out of boiling water.

In a separate bowl, break the egg, salt, add olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, mix the ingredients and add freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Fill up the salad and eat with pleasure!
