Cooking method

1. Wash the currant berries, let the excess liquid drain. Then they need to be boiled a little, literally five minutes, after which we rub them through a fine sieve, remove the skins and seeds.
2. Mix with sugar and heat, cook over low heat, stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Gelatin is diluted in cold water, as indicated in the instructions.
4. As the gelatin swells, mix it with hot currant juice and mix, it turns out a thick and very fragrant berry syrup.
5. Pour into silicone molds and put in the refrigerator until gelatin solidifies.
6. It remains to get the candies and sprinkle them with sugar.
